Bourton On The Water

Self Catering Bourton On The Water

Most people have heard of Bourton on the Water.  This is the real picture postcard side of the Cotswolds, and there are lots of self catering Bourton on the Water cottages you can stay in during your time here as well.

To say that Bourton on the Water is pretty is to do it a disservice.  There are really no adequate words to describe just how lovely Bourton is, and this relates to self catering Bourton on the Water as well.  Once you have stayed in a charming cottage or listed building in the area, you can see why so many people choose to go self catering.

The River Windrush cuts an attractive sight through the village, and you will often see children sitting on the edge of the river dangling their feet over the edge.  This is definitely a proper English village, and there are lots of delightful low bridges going across the river at various points which are a distinctive part of the village.

Self catering Bourton on the Water is perfect for families, couples and anyone else who wants to see a slice of the real Cotswolds.  This is a real treat!
